Marco Clementoni

Marco Clementoni is an associate at Ridout & Maybee LLP in the firm's Toronto office. His practice is focused on patent drafting and prosecution, particularly in the fields of electrical, mechanical, aerospace, medical device, artificial intelligence, quantum and computer-related technologies. He also assists clients in securing protection for their industrial designs, and advises clients on licensing, validity, infringement, freedom to operate, and strategic intellectual property portfolio development and management.

Marco serves a wide range of clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations. He was previously in-house at two privately funded technology companies, and helped develop their intellectual property portfolios; this experience enables him to better understand the needs of clients.

Marco holds a Honors Bachelor of Mathematics (Hon.B.Math) degree. Outside of the office, Marco enjoys cycling, hiking, golf, and learning about technologies.
