Ridout & Maybee LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew Norwood and Christine Wong have joined the partnership, effective March 6, 2018.

Matthew Norwood’s practice is directed towards litigation of intellectual property disputes. He also advises clients on IP licensing matters and assists in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications, with an emphasis on electrical and computer related technology.

While Matt spends most of his spare time with his wife and two young children, he also volunteers as a judge for the FIRST Robotics Competition, an engineering event for high school students.

Christine Wong’s practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications for the Canadian, U.S. and European patent offices. She has experience in the areas of medical devices, electrical and biomedical engineering, photonic crystals, software and computer-related devices, database management software and mechanical devices.
