(Former) partner Janet Fuhrer will be a guest speaker at the upcoming Technoeconomics Symposium on Global IP Strategic Planning, IP Monetization & Trade. Janet’s topic is How Changing Law In Canada Affects IP.
This symposium is dedicated to advanced topics in intellectual property (IP), IP strategy, IP monetization and IPR trade issues with a global perspective. Those invited include corporate leadership and in-house counsel responsible for developing, acquiring, using and managing IP assets on a worldwide basis. It will be a day of high-level IP strategy for maximizing IP asset performance. The focus will be real-world issues emphasizing the development and use of IP portfolios to secure return on investment and monetization through global trade and commerce, licensing and enforcement for those truly accountable for results.
