IP for the Non-IP Lawyer: Spotting trouble on the horizon before it arrives at your desk

Join four of Ottawa’s intellectual property experts for an informative session on issue-spotting and due diligence in IP. Using a real-life example, speakers will propose a problem and answer scenario in order for attendees to gain a better understanding in spotting IP issues before they become a problem. This session will cover patents, trademarks, and IP licensing.
