In light of the new changes to Canadian trademarks law and practice, effective June 17, 2019, we have made a number of important amendments to our schedule of fees for trademarks. Our new schedule of fees reflects, among other changes, changes to the official fees charged by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.
For a copy of our updated schedule of fees for trademarks or for estimates for filing Canadian applications in more than one class of goods/services (according to the Nice Goods and Services Classification System) or international applications under the Madrid Protocol (to extend protection in up to 116 member countries), please contact us.
For more information on the new changes to Canadian trademarks, please view our resources and downloads page for articles, webinars, and documentation.
