We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk to join our team. Under the general supervision of the Accounting Manager this position will be responsible for the trust accounting and e-billing function for the firm. 

We are currently looking for an individual who has the following qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in the area of accounting/bookkeeping;
  • Three to Five years of accounting experience, preferably in a professional services setting;
  • Excellent command of the English language, with good grammar and communication skills - both verbal and written;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook;
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
  • Works well with others in a team based environment with the ability to take initiative of their own work;
  • Adaptable, dependable and open to change;
  • Reliable, punctual and present for work.

Working in the legal industry and in a paperless environment are assets.
