We are currently recruiting for a lawyer to join our Ottawa office.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in either mechanical or electrical engineering, be qualified as a Patent and Trademark Agent and have four to six years experience in patent drafting, patent and trademark prosecution and related fields. Experience in litigation would be considered an asset.

The position will involve working with leading innovators and advising clients on intellectual property strategies, preparing and prosecuting applications, and providing opinions on a variety of IP matters.
