Nisha Anand is an associate of Ridout & Maybee LLP in the firm’s Toronto office. Her practice is primarily directed towards intellectual property litigation, including matters involving Patented Medicines Notice of Compliance (NOC) Regulations proceedings. In addition, Nisha assists in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the area of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
