Paul Lomic is an associate of Ridout & Maybee LLP in the firm's Toronto office. His practice is principally directed towards intellectual property litigation, including matters involving Patented Medicines Notice of Compliance (NOC) Regulations proceedings, Internet/computer law, copyright, confidential information and counterfeit merchandising disputes.  Paul also assists clients with trade-mark opposition proceedings, licensing and the drafting and prosecution of patent and trade-mark applications.
