Peter Hammond is a partner of Ridout & Maybee LLP in the firm’s Mississauga office. Peter has extensive experience in patent prosecution in mechanical related technology, as well as trade-marks and industrial designs.

Peter's patent experience principally relates to inventions in the areas of air handling and heat exchanging equipment, manufacturing equipment and consumer products.

Peter has extensive experience in the filing and prosecution of patent cases for our foreign associates.  He also frequently arranges for and manages non-Canadian patent applications for his Canadian clients, with the assistance of our foreign associates.

Prior to joining Ridout & Maybee LLP, Peter was a partner in the largest Mississauga-based intellectual property law firm, which merged its practice with Ridout & Maybee LLP in October 2000.
