Philip Holland is a partner of Ridout & Maybee LLP in the firm’s Toronto office. His practice focuses primarily on the preparation and prosecution of chemical and mechanical patent applications. Philip is also active in the area of patent portfolio management.

Prior to joining Ridout & Maybee LLP, he worked with a firm of patent and trade-mark agents in the United Kingdom, and after qualifying as a Chartered Patent Attorney, he relocated to Canada in 1974. He qualified as a Canadian patent agent in 1976 and is also a European patent attorney.
