Mary Malvaso is a trade-mark agent with Ridout & Maybee LLP in the firm’s Toronto office. Her practice covers all areas of trade-marks, including registrability opinions, prosecution of applications, as well as opposition and cancellation proceedings.  Mary also advises clients on strategies for maintenance and protection of IP rights in global markets.

Prior to joining Ridout & Maybee LLP in 1990, Mary worked with one of Canada’s largest food manufacturing and processing corporations as their in-house trade-marks administrator for over sixteen years.
