Randall Mitchell is a partner of Ridout & Maybee LLP in the firm’s Toronto office. Randy has highly specialized expertise in the area of chemical and pharmaceutical patents. He provides patentability, validity and infringement opinions to the firm’s clients, primarily in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields. Randy also provides technical assistance to litigation counsel in patent infringement and impeachment actions.

Prior to commencing his legal career, Randy conducted post-doctoral research and taught Biophysics at the University of Guelph.
