Lisa Reynolds is an associate of Ridout & Maybee LLP in the firm’s Ottawa office. Her practice is principally directed towards trade-marks and encompasses all aspects including, selection, registrability searches and opinions, prosecution, oppositions, summary cancellation proceedings, litigation, licensing, transfer of rights and due diligence for corporate transactions. Lisa acts on behalf of a broad range of local, national and international clients, including individuals, small businesses, large corporations, educational institutions and public authorities.
She is an instructor for the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) Trade-mark Agent On-line Training Course and a member of the Editorial Board for the Canadian Patent Reporter (CPR’s).
Lisa is also a registered patent agent and assists clients with patentability searches and opinions, validity and infringement opinions and the drafting and prosecution of patent applications. She also advises clients with respect to related licensing and ownership issues.
